Best Job :)
As a sort of ‘PA’ to the band committee I’ve been given lots of jobs over the past few years – from hunting down music, organising equipment & repairs, hauling trailers… but this has to be one has definitely been one of the very best. Today’s task was to head into the city and pick out band baby presents for our newest members, Ella & Lily. I love my job :)
Welcome Baby Aimee!
A few weeks ago my sister told Gail’s baby bump that she thought June 10th would be an excellent day to be born – as that is Nic’s birthday – and it turns out that the baby was listening! Little Aimee arrived safe and sound yesterday weighing 3140g or 6lb 14oz. I visited Gail and Aimee yesterday on my way to band and got my cuddles in before everyone else ;)
Introducing Isabella Rose
Tim and Mel’s brand new baby girl, Isabella Rose, came into the world yesterday a little ahead of schedule! I think she’s already looking like her Daddy – both in her face and stature! A tiny 5lb 10oz combined with 53cm in length! I went up to the hospital with Di and Sarah this afternoon – though if you ask her what we did today, she’ll tell you all about the bus, the giant wheel and the ice cream that Di bought her :)
If breastfeeding offends you…

It’s a Boy!
Congratulations Kate & Matt!! And to Mitchell too, who’s now officially a big brother. The boy’s Great Grandfather would be so proud :)

Running Shoes!
Sarah and I both have new ‘fast running shoes’ – she’s very impressed with them. We took a photo before we took them for a spin last night – Becky wanted in on the photo too.
